Organizational Learning and Strategy

Mission

The Organizational Learning and Strategy division (Code 75) promotes continuous performance improvement, innovation, and strategic planning.

Functions

Code 75 serves as the JAG Corps Force Improvement Office (FIO) and the lead for Navy and JAG Corps process improvement initiatives. It also manages the JAG Corps Regional Organizational Learning Liaison team, which consists of JAG Corps personnel – officers, enlisted, and civilians – selected to facilitate problem-solving courses and rapid improvement projects throughout the JAG Corps.
