The Naval Courts-Martial Reporting System (NCORS) is the Department of the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard's Flagship system to manage military justice cases from allegation through appeal, standardizing data collection amongst the sea services and aligning with Statute and the Department of Defense's policies and guidelines.
