Military Justice Orientation Course

Military Justice

Beginner trial advocacy course focusing on courtroom advocacy via participation and drills. Mock scenarios, practical on-your-feet exercises, and pre-course read-ahead materials are used to maximize participation and enhance advocacy skills. The course will prepare new counsel to effectively prepare, manage, and litigate cases from the investigation through the post-trial and appellate stage, with a focus on the practical aspects of trial and defense practice. This is an SVIP/SAAITF certifying course.
