Navy JAG Corps Judge Advocate General's Corps

This one-week course prepares non-Legalman military personnel and civilian personnel serving as legal clerks to perform administrative support functions in the areas of military criminal law, military justice procedure, and administrative law. During this course, through lectures and practical exercises, students will demonstrate proficiency in the identification of legal issues and preparation of legal records, including service record entries, non-judicial punishment reports, administrative separation documentation, and other military justice procedural documentation.

Enlisted personnel who are assigned to assist non-lawyer legal officers within a command as a collateral duty.
