Navy JAG Corps Judge Advocate General's Corps

This course provides training for first-time Ethics Counselors or those who need a refresher before as-suming an Ethics Counselor billet. Topics include Ethics Counse-lor fundamentals, gifts, conflicts of interest, use of government resources, relations with non-federal entities/outside activities, fundraising, financial disclosures, post-government employment, and political activities. This course will combine lectures with practical exercises to deliver the course material. For Navy judge advocates, this course provides ethics counselor certification.
