Navy JAG Corps Judge Advocate General's Corps

This course focuses on preparing senior trial and defense counsel for a supervisory role. Topics include leadership and litigation, case and office management, professional responsibility, handling complex cases, development of case strategy, delivering effective training, mentoring junior counsel, vicarious trauma, and lessons learned/best practices from the Military Justice Act of 2016. Each session is designed to provide substantive and practical training for a joint trial and defense audience along with trial and defense-specific breakout sessions.
