Civilian Personnel Management Services Division (Code 66)

Mission

The principal mission of Code 66 is to provide the Office of the Judge Advocate General (OJAG) and Naval Legal Service Command (NLSC) OJAG/NLSC with employee and management support services including performing classification functions, administering civilian training programs, administrating time and attendance programs, and managing civilian payroll.

Function

  • Position Management & Staffing – Strategic planning of civilian personnel manpower assets, force shaping initiatives, total force assessments, and hiring highly qualified candidates into the civilian workforce.
  • Training – Identifying and planning training and education opportunities for all personnel, utilizing technology to reach a diverse audience.
  • Human Resource Office (HRO) Liaison – Bridge the gap between HRO and management/employees by assisting with HR program implementation and requirements.
