Assistant Judge Advocate General (Operations and Management)
Mission & Function
The Assistant Judge Advocate General (Operations and Management) exercises primary responsibility for operations and management functions within the Office of the Judge Advocate General and the Naval Legal Service Command. The AJAG (Operations and Management) also concurrently serves as Chief of Staff, Region Legal Service Offices. The AJAG (Operations and Management) supervises the Executive Director (Code 06A) and seven divisions within OJAG, with areas of responsibility that include human resources (military and civilian), information technology systems, financial management, facilities management, and operational planning.
