Legal Assistance Walk-In Procedure
Varies by location. Please contact the RLSO EURAFSWA office closest to you for more information. If you are coming to see an attorney as a walk-in or during a scheduled appointment, you must bring any documents related to the reason for seeking advice. For notary services, all customers must present two forms of identification: valid military identification card; and valid state-issued drivers license or state-issued identification card, or valid United States Passport. The highest priority will be given to service members who are deployed or preparing to deploy.
Telephone Policy
It is RLSO EURAFSWA policy that no legal advice be given to legal assistance clients over the telephone or through third parties calling on behalf of prospective clients absent exigent circumstances, such as prospective clients in remote locations or in the event of a conflict. Prospective clients who are unable to appear at our walk-in hours or make an appointment should call our office for further guidance.
