CAPT Stich Retires

After celebrating the promotions of Lt. Cmdr. Darcy Uribe, Lt. James Howland, and Lt. Andrew Giddings, members of Region Legal Service Office Naval District Washington, visited the Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium to cheer on the midshipmen during a Pre-Game Formation before they took on the Hilltoppers of Western Kentucky University, Sept. 27, 2014. Although Navy ultimately lost to Western Kentucky 36-27, the visit provided a great opportunity for some of the newest members of the command to get a taste of some Navy sports' traditions.
